Booster Club & Athlete Collaboration
Athlete Responsibilities
Purpose
To outline how athletes, their teams, and the Booster Club work together to create the best experience on and off the field.
Key Points for Athletes
Team & Booster Support
Your team’s budget helps cover uniforms, equipment, and senior recognition events.
The Booster Club raises extra funds (through concessions, sponsors, and events) that benefit all athletes and teams.
Communication & Representation
Share updates, highlights, and accomplishments with your coach so Boosters can celebrate your team.
Represent your team and school positively at games, events, and in the community.
Senior Recognition & Events
Coaches plan senior recognition and senior night.
Athletes are expected to participate in celebrating teammates and supporting these traditions.
Fundraising & Volunteering
Athletes may be asked to help with fundraising events or Booster activities.
Participation shows pride in your program and helps all athletes succeed.
Game Day & Event Support
Arrive on time, prepared, and respectful — you represent your team, school, and community.
Assist with set-up, clean-up, or other small roles when needed.
General Expectations
Encourage your family and friends to support Booster Club activities.
Be a leader: show respect, teamwork, and school spirit on and off the field.
Remember: Boosters exist to support YOU, give back by being engaged !
